DAKO Worldwide Transport recently completed the transportation of three massive nitrogen storage tanks from Turkey to the UK.

The project involved a complex journey from Kayseri, Turkey, to Teesside, UK. The tanks, each measuring 36.50 metres by 4.40 metres by 4.60 metres and weighing 76 tons, required specialized equipment and careful planning to navigate challenging routes and ensure safe handling.

DAKO collaborated with Hareket for the overland transportation from Kayseri to Iskenderun, Turkey. The cargo was then shipped to the UK on the MV Heenvliet.

Upon arrival, the heavy haulage specialist Allelys took over the transportation to the final destination.
