The Chinese-Polish joint stock shipping company, Chipolbrok, has added another 62,000 dwt name to its fleet. The company said it has held the naming ceremony for the multipurpose vessel Yu An at Taizhou Kouan Shipbuilding. The 199.9 metre-long vessel features five holds with a total capacity of 75,000 cubic metres, four heavy lift cranes with a combined lifting capacity of up to 300 tons and a deck size of 5000 square metres. The vessel is well-suited for bulk cargo, containers and project cargo. According to the company, these are the biggest multipurpose ships in the world.
