Bjørnar Bukholm returns to Wallenius Wilhelmsen as new CFO
RoRo specialist Wallenius Wilhelmsen has welcomed back a familiar face, appointing Bjørnar Bukholm as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, starting no later than May 1, 2025. Bukholm has been the CFO at Sector Alarm, one of the leading providers of home security in Europe, since 2019.

Prior to joining Sector Alarm, Bukholm held various roles at Wallenius Wilhelmsen, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Strategy and Investor Relations. He spent nearly eight years at the company, gaining extensive experience in business development, strategy, and finance.

Jermund Lien, currently serving as SVP Global Business Performance Management, will assume the role of interim CFO, effective November 1. Torbjørn Wist, the outgoing CFO, will depart the company on December 1.
