Strong summer prompts Core Shipping to expand its fleet

Istanbul-based bulk, oversized, and heavy lift cargo specialist, Core Shipping has recently closed off a busy summer with a new addition to its fleet. The company has brought 3,680 dwt Admiral De Ribas on a two-month charter with the option for another two-month extension.  The company said that the new addition will soon embark on its first voyage in the Mediterranean. "Good lady is ideal for transporting oversized and heavy lift cargo, making it a versatile addition to our fleet for the next few months," the company said.  The addition to the fleet caps off a busy summer for Core Shipping which recently loaded six propane tanks, each weighing approximately 70 tons, along with their accessories, in Constanta. The cargo is now en route to Lagos. Core Shipping's expertise in the West African region ensures efficient operations and meets the demands of every shipment.  The company also has a shipment of approximately 1,000 tons of general cargo on its way from Mersin to Takoradi. The shipment includes two heavy pieces weighing around 200 tons and 21 units of 40-foot containers. The company faced several challenges during the operation, however, operating at home made it easier to closely oversee every aspect of the operation and address any challenges.  Strong summer prompts Core Shipping to expand its fleet
