Tailor-made logistics solutions provider, Haeger and Schmidt Logistics (HSL) has made a change to its management board. Starting September 1, Stefan Hütten will take his spot on the management board as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company. 

In his capacity as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Hütten will collaborate with Heiko Brückner (CEO) and Peter Stöttinger to propel the strategic growth of the Haeger & Schmidt Group.

“In view of the extremely dynamic market environment, both nationally and internationally, we are delighted to have Stefan Hütten, an experienced logistics expert, join the company to help us continue on our growth path,” explains Brückner.

Hütten has already applied his expertise in the field of integrated supply chain solutions to the company in his previous role as Chief Development Officer, a position he held since April 2022.

Furthermore, on September 1, 2024, the current HSL Managing Director, Per Nyström, will move to the Management Board of Felbermayr Deutschland. Felbermayr is a 100 per cent shreholder in HSL.

With Peter Stöttinger and Wolfgang Schellerer, he will set up a shared service centre for multiple companies in the Felbermayr Group in Germany. Nyström has been the Managing Director of HSL since 2014 and has played a key role in advancing the development of Haeger & Schmidt Logistics.
