CEVA Logistics streamlines operations under new structure, integrates Bolloré Logistics
CEVA Logistics, a CMA CGM Group company, has announced a significant restructuring aimed at enhancing its global logistics services for customers. This new “vertical” organizational model will integrate Bolloré Logistics, acquired by CMA CGM in February 2024, into CEVA’s existing offerings.
The combined entity boasts a robust service portfolio encompassing air, ocean, ground, and rail transport, contract logistics, finished vehicle logistics, project logistics, and customs solutions.
CEVA expects to complete the rebranding process under a unified CEVA Logistics brand by the end of 2024.
The vertical structure aligns product teams across all levels, aiming to improve product development and operational efficiency. This structure is designed to accelerate the creation of new solutions and their swift implementation to address customer challenges globally.

“Our teams have been working toward this moment for many years, and I’m so proud of where we are as a company,” said CEVA Logistics CEO Mathieu Friedberg. “CEVA Logistics is moving to a vertical, product-driven organization that will benefit our team and our customers as we compete among the Top 5 of the logistics industry. The vision we put in place for CEVA with the support of the CMA CGM Group is taking its final form. Our ability to innovate and collaborate with our customers to improve their global supply chains through truly end-to-end solutions is unmatched in some market segments.”
