Bertling Logistics appointed Richard Brown as General Manager in Saudi Arabia, and will be leading our commercial and operational activities in the Kingdom.

Richard Brown moved to Dhahran in the East of the country over the summer, and has since been settling in, getting to know the local Bertling team, and customers of the Al Khaldi/Bertling Logistics JV Company in Dharan.

Richard has been in the logistics business for over two decades, in companies including CEVA, DB Schenker, and DHL. Richard also worked for Bertling in Iraq back in 2013/14. Indeed, Richard has been at Bertling continuously since 2018 and was Site Project Manager in Tengiz, Kazakhstan, where he supervised local operations and the logistics teams, as well as implemented complex HSE standards for t operations in remote environments.
